Development Manager, The Willow Tea Rooms Trust

We are seeking a Development Manager to take forward our ambitious fundraising plans to support the future growth and success of the Trust as it moves out of the pandemic: to support the ongoing preservation of the historic building; to support and expand the learning and engagement work, as well as other activities that are central to the Trust’s charitable mission.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising from trusts, individuals, grant-givers, and from regular-giving programmes. They will have experience of writing compelling proposals, managing budgets, reporting and operating/managing a supporter CRM, and ideally have an interest in heritage and culture.
