Community Visits and Outreach

Are you a member of a community group and would like to visit? There's lots of ways to engage with the building; low-level workshops, the interactive exhibition, guided tours and of course a visit to the tearoom.

For groups from areas of multiple deprivation or groups that provide support for vulnerable adults there is no charge for most activities. We want everyone to be able to engage with their local heritage and are here to provide whatever support you need.

OUTREACH

Are you looking for speakers for your group? We're happy to come out and give a talk if you'd prefer that to a visit and are within a 2 hour radius. We ask for a donation (whatever you feel is appropriate for your group) and help with transport costs. The talk lasts about an hour plus time for any questions (and memories shared as lots of folk remember the original Willow Tearooms on Sauchiehall Street!) and includes a Powerpoint presentation so let us know about your AV set-up (projector etc.)
